™ BALLISTIC PRECISION VELOCIRADAR The Caldwell VelociRadar Chronograph is precision redefined with cutting-edge Chirp radar technology. This is no standard chronograph, while most chronographs stop at only providing muzzle velocity the VelociRadar tracks bullets downrange offering the full picture of ballistic performance. Using these downrange velocity measurements, the VelociRadar calculates true muzzle velocity, the bullet’s ballistic coefficient, and downrange energy. With this advanced ballistics data long-range shooters can make more accurate shots and hunters can know the effective range of their firearms. The VelociRadar has several other advantages over traditional light sensor chronographs. The VelociRadar is designed to sit next to the shooter, not downrange, eliminating the risk of bullet strikes. This design also doesn’t require waiting for the range to stop firing for safe setup and adjustments. Traditional light sensor chronographs struggle indoors or in poor lighting conditions where radar can reliably track velocities no matter what the lighting. The 2.8” color screen is easy to read and provides shot information and settings menus. A built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery has a longer runtime and eliminates the need for replacing disposable batteries before each trip to the range.
