The die sizes the case neck, the body and the shoulder to set headspace – and then removes the spent primer and expands the neck. The Full Length Sizing Die produces ammunition that is very concentric. Use after each firing or after several firings, when the resulting brass flow will require the case to be full-length sized. A precisely positioned vent hole located in the threaded or recessed portion of the die body prevents excessive, trapped air and lubricants from damaging the die’s components or your cases.
