The compact design of the Ideal Press requires minimal bench space, but it is not some flimsy lightweight! The rugged press frame is made of cast iron, while other components are all steel. The press features compound linkage for optimum leverage, a 1” diameter ram, and a 3 7/8” press opening which can handle all pistol calibers and rifle cartridges with a loaded length of up to 3.700”. You cannot find a more sturdy, rugged, and rigid single station press available. We started with a heavy duty cast iron “O” frame, and added a 1” diameter ram, and compound linkage. Work the press handle and you will feel the tight, precision fit and smooth opera- tion. Unlike many competitive presses, the Victory Press comes with a straight line primer feed that is extremely reliable and simple to use. Simply push the priming arm forward at the bottom of the ram travel to position it beneath the shell holder. For added safety, the primer feed comes with a heavy steel shield which surrounds the primer tubes. The large 5” frame opening makes even the largest magnum calibers easy to load. The Victory Press is equipped with a comfortable ball handle which can be positioned for either right or left hand use. This heavy duty steel stand comes with two mounting plates pre-drilled for your favorite single station, turret, or progressive press. If by chance you have a press that does not match up with any of the numerous patterns, there is also a blank area where you can drill your own mounting holes. The stand will raise your press 9 ¼” above your bench surface, which will lessen fatigue from having to bend over to cycle your press and provides a clear view of all reloading operations.
