History
A clamp instead of a fork
BOG began in 2006 with shooting forks. Called BOG-POD, it made monopods, bipods and tripods for hunting, photography and video; its own idea was Switcheroo, a tool-free head mount changed in seconds. It is now part of American Outdoor Brands, alongside Caldwell, Frankford Arsenal, Crimson Trace and Tipton.
The feature that set it apart came later: DeathGrip. Instead of resting the firearm in a fork, it holds it. A dual-action clamp with non-marring rubber inserts closes around the fore-end and aligns the firearm over its centre of gravity. The rifle stays aimed without being held, with 25° tilt, 360° rotation and tension control, plus a bubble level to keep the reticle square. It turns a tripod into a portable shooting bench.
The catalogue now offers two tripod architectures. Fixed clamps include the original aluminium or carbon-fibre DeathGrip, the compact 1.4 kg Bantam and lightweight Sherpa. Quick-release Arca-Swiss mounts appear on the Infinite, Infinite XT and Great Divide, allowing the same legs to carry rifle, spotting scope or camera. Beneath them remain the traditional rubber USR forks —Adrenaline, Havoc, Deadshot— and Fieldpod hide supports for shotgun, rifle or crossbow.
Of the products reaching Spain, more than half are shooting supports —tripods, bipods and monopods—; the remainder comprises hide supports, seats, mountain packs and the accessories that fit all of them to the same legs.
Product families
What we distribute
Arranged by the way the shot is supported: DeathGrip clamp, Arca-Swiss ball head, rubber fork, hide support, packs and accessories.
DeathGrip: the clamp tripod
Dual-action head with non-marring rubber inserts. It holds the firearm instead of merely supporting it, leaving both hands free.

DeathGrip
The original. Dual-action clamp aligned over the centre of gravity, non-marring rubber inserts, 25° tilt, 360° rotation with tension control, integral bubble level and retractable steel foot spikes. Cam-lock legs cover prone to standing.

DeathGrip Infinite
The DeathGrip with an Arca-Swiss quick-release mount: firearm and optics can be exchanged on the same set of legs. It has a low-profile ball head with 360° rotation and 180° tilt, twist-lock legs, a hub hook for ballast, included optics plate and padded case, and removable steel spikes in the rubber feet. Its height adjusts from 6.5 to 59 inches.

DeathGrip Infinite XT
Infinite with a 10-inch centre post for instant height correction. Range from 20 to 72 inches —seated to standing for tall shooters—, carbon-fibre twist-lock legs, 20°, 45° and 85° angle locks and Arca-Swiss mount. 3.0 kg.
Reference

DeathGrip Sherpa
The mountain model: carbon-fibre legs, DeathGrip UltraLite head and removable centre post for fine height control. Arca-Swiss quick release, post weight hook, rubber feet with removable steel spikes and padded case. 10.25 to 54.5 inches; 1.8 kg.
Reference

DeathGrip Bantam
The compact model: 1.4 kg with small-diameter aluminium legs, adjusting from 20 to 42 inches for seated or kneeling shots. The dual-action Bantam head is rated to 18 kg —a heavy rifle or crossbow— and provides 120° of tilt and 360° of rotation. Twist locks and a rubber strap keep the legs together during transport.
Finishes

Large-diameter aluminium twist-lock legs, three angle stops (20°, 45° and 85°), hub weight hook, integral level and rubber feet with removable steel spikes. The shop labels it DeathGrip, but it has no clamp head.
