History
The only one that is ours
Everything else in this business comes from elsewhere: it is imported, cleared through customs and placed on the gunshop counter. Headshot does not. Headshot is A. IZQUIERDO’s own brand, and the only one for which we answer rather than a manufacturer in Wyoming, Brescia or Ljubljana.
It covers consumables: brushes that deform, patches that come out dirty and are discarded, felt wads, rods and guides. The material bought without a second thought and missed when it is not there. It is not a display range; it keeps maintenance going between outings.
The rule is the same as with imported brands: one calibre per reference. From 4.5 mm to 12 bore, with the market’s two threads —5-40 and 8-32— and no adaptors forcing the purchase of two items to do one job.

What we distribute
Everything listed under the Headshot name in the shop. Shot, granules, shooting patches and wooden cases are house products that do not bear this name.
Rods, guides and threads
What enters the bore and what keeps it centred.
Universal aluminium bore guide
It enters through the action and guides the rod into the bore without rubbing the chamber; threaded nozzles keep the guide clear of it. For bolt-action rifles. The kit adds three adaptors: .17-.22, .22-.30 and .30-.338.

Brass thread adaptors
The two threads found on any cleaning bench, 5-40 and 8-32, in brass. They also fit Tipton accessories.
Jags and patch loops
What pushes the patch through the barrel.

Metal jag with a 5-40 female thread, one for each calibre.

Copper bore brush
Copper-bristle bore brush with female thread. The first five calibres are for handguns; the next nine for long guns.
Wool bore brush
The same brush with wool bristles and in the same fourteen handgun and long-gun calibres.
Nylon bore brush
Nylon-bristle bore brush with female thread.
Hair bore brush
Hair-bristle bore brush with female thread.
Metal handgun brush
Loop-handled metal-bristle brush for handguns. Supplied in two series with overlapping calibres.
Patches and felt wads
What is discarded after each pass.
Felt wads
Calibre-specific felt wads in blister packs. Quantity falls as calibre rises: 150 in .17, 100 in the intermediate calibres, 80 in .40 and .45, and 20 in 12 bore.
Tools and kits
Items used outside the bore, and the case for taking them to the range.
Cleaning picks and brushes
Plastic picks for the corners of the action. The larger set adds a bronze brush and a nylon brush.
Metal cleaning pick
Steel tool with a hook at each end, for places plastic cannot reach.

Digital scales
The only products in the range that are not cleaning equipment.
HD750
Pocket digital scale, the finer of the two: 750 grains or 50 grams capacity, accuracy of 0.001 g and 0.01 grain in 0.02-grain increments. Six weight units, keypad calibration, shut-off after 180 seconds and two AAA batteries. It measures 142 x 83.8 x 22.8 mm and weighs 174 g.

HD1500
The same body with twice the capacity and half the resolution: 1,500 grains or 100 grams, accuracy of 0.01 g and 0.1 grain in 0.2-grain increments. The same six weight units and two AAA batteries.
