History
A surname and a platform
The company bears the surname of Hugo Schmeisser, one of the twentieth century’s most influential firearms designers. Today’s company was built by Thomas Hoff and Andreas Schumacher on more than two decades of work in firearms design, development and international trade; they say they take the name as an inheritance that carries an obligation.
They make Stoner systems: the platform known elsewhere as the AR-15 and M16. Everything leaves the Krefeld plant, and that is the source of the “Made in Germany” the brand puts ahead of any other argument. The first major project was exactly that: Stoner-system semi-automatic rifles for the civilian market and automatic M16 versions for police and military.
According to the company, Schmeisser is now one of four German certified suppliers of small arms to NATO and the Bundeswehr, with NATO number CF537.
Its most recognisable speciality is bringing that platform to 9 mm Luger, with blowback operation and Glock-pattern magazines. That is also what arrives here: the largest part of our range is AR-15s in 9 mm.

9 mm platform set up for dynamic shooting: light M-LOK handguard, slim-contour barrel, Schmeisser Match compensator, two-stage TriggerTech trigger and Kynshot hydraulic buffer. 1:10 twist and 10-round magazine.

Not a replica: it uses Schmeisser’s original AR-15 lower receiver and keeps its dimensions and compatibility, so trigger, grip, safety, magazine release, buffer tube and stock can be exchanged for those of any AR-15. 1:16 twist, 1/2-28 UNEF muzzle thread and 10-round magazine.
